Pictures from this morning's work

This morning we got to know the horses at Wick Farm. Firstly, we got to clean their stables out and then we changed their old food to fresh food. We then had to round them up outside and change their coats before they ate their breakfast. One of them had a duvet on!

All the horses had different personalities. Fleur was quite rude and grumpy! Peter was nosey but very friendly. Zulu was an old racing horse that had retired. Itzie won the Cheltenham Cup two years ago and was worth £80,000. They didn't sell her because they thought she would win the Grand National but then she broke her knee cap and is now worth £150! Luckily, she can still run just not as fast anymore.

We would like to know whether Mrs Holliman wants a new pupil at Brockswood called Hiccup - the baby horse on the farm. What do you think?! They say we can have her for £500 and the children have offered a trade with the Hamster!!!!!
